Exhibition Booth Information
The exhibition will be held
at the Holiday Inn at JFK International Airport on Thursday,
27 March 2003. The program will commence at 10 a.m. and
conclude at 3.30 p.m. We expect + 300 attendees will attend
the conference and exhibition and feel this would offer
a great opportunity for your company to meet many of the
air cargo decision-makers at JFK.
As an exhibitor, your organization
will be given its own display platform (72"x 30" table).
Power sources will be available on a limited basis.
Table locations will be assigned
on a first come first serve basis with a limit of 60 tables
for the entire exhibition. The tables will be located in
strategic positions immediately adjacent to the conference
area.
All exhibitors will be required
to stand next to their tables as the tables will be placed
against the walls. (There will be no back space.)
The cost per table to exhibit
is $150.00. Included in this price will be the admission
for one representative to participate in the conference
sessions, coffee breaks and the luncheon. Any additional
attendees will be required to purchase individual registrations
at the normal registration fee of $50.00 each if purchased
prior to 15 March 2003 or $65.00 each if purchased after
15 March 2003.
