The Air Cargo Association was incorporated in1958
under the name Air Cargo Sales Club, Inc. of New York.
It was founded by people who envisioned that with
the introduction of jet aircraft, air cargo would grow from a minor
by-product of the airline industry into one of the major sources
of airline revenue today, as well as an all important mode of the
world wide goods transportation.
These air cargo pioneers knew the value of knowledge,
both trade and technical. Lectures, forms, panel discussions and
trade shows were presented and held for members in areas of sales
techniques, equipment, and government agencies and academia.
The association is designed to make you a more valuable
employee to your company as well as to give you the opportunity
to meet, know, work and socialize with people who have similar interests
in the air cargo industry.
Today we are a trade association ready and able
